RETURNS AND REFUNDS
All products sold online can be returned within 21 days of you receiving it and we'll exchange it for a different size and/or colour, if available. We'll send you your exchange for free, you just need to get the product back to us in the exact same condition you received it (unopened, not worn/ridden, not damaged). Returns can also be converted to store credit.
We do not offer refunds for returned items. Store credit or exchanges only.

We offer free shipping on all items OVER $150 (except boats) Australia-wide.We deliver our goods via Startrack Express Road & Air Freight, meaning you will generally receive your goods within 1 to 5 business days.
Free shipping applies to all orders OVER $150 to an Australian delivery address - unless otherwise noted. Free Shipping does not apply to boats or boat parts.
Track Your Shipment
Once your item has shipped you will receive an email with a "Tracking Number" link in it. This will allow you to track the progress of your shipment and see an estimated time of arrival. Please note that tracking numbers can take up to 48 hours to appear in the online tracking systems. It is important to give a delivery address where someone is present to sign and receive your goods. Couriers will not leave your parcel if the delivery address is unattended. We DO NOT ship to PO Boxes.

Delivery Times

Presuming that your order can be fulfilled immediately (i.e. product is in stock in our warehouse and doesn't need to be back ordered with the supplier) then you can expect your goods to ship the same or next business day. Once shipped your order will take between one and seven business days to arrive depending on your location.
